Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Please contact us if you would like to check in earlier or check out later - we will check if this is possible.
Our check-in is straightforward and takes place via a smart lock. You will receive an individual access code in good time before your arrival.
Yes, there is free parking directly on site.
Yes, bed linen and towels are included for your stay.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your bikes! We have a shared bicycle parking area that you can use during your stay. Please note that we cannot accept liability for parked bicycles.
Our holiday apartments have a well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find a coffee machine, kettle, stove, microwave and all necessary cooking utensils.
Yes, there is free WiFi in all our holiday apartments.
Yes, there are several supermarkets nearby so you can easily do your shopping for your stay.
Each of our apartments contains an information folder with personal recommendations for Carinthia. In it you will find tips on restaurants, sights and excursion destinations in the region, which we have compiled from our own experience.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments. This is for the comfort and consideration of all guests, especially allergy sufferers who prefer pet-free accommodation. We thank you for your understanding.

Yes, longer stays are possible upon request. Simply ask us about special conditions.
Subject to availability, we are happy to store your luggage if you depart later.

Our cancellation policy is fair and balanced to offer our guests as much planning security as possible while also covering short-term cancellations.
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival .
6 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
From 2 days before arrival , in case of no-show or early departure: 90% of the total price
In the case of understandable, unforeseen events (e.g. illness or emergencies), we strive to find a fair and individual solution .
