I am Holger, and what began several years ago with a single apartment is now a small brand for cozy, stylish holiday apartments in and around Klagenfurt.
My story
From the very beginning, it was important to me to create beautiful and comfortable accommodations – places where guests feel completely at ease and are happy to return.
Over the years, not only have more accommodations been added, but also many encounters with wonderful guests from all over the world.

Cleanliness, a pleasant atmosphere and honest service are a matter of course for me and part of my quality standards.
